OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant

Job Summary: An OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant guides organizations through business transformation by managing the people side of change — helping individuals, teams, and leaders adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working with minimal resistance and maximum engagement. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, communication, training design, and coaching to ensure change initiatives deliver their intended outcomes. Key Responsibilities : Change Strategy & Planning • Lead or support the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that align with business goals and maximize adoption. • Conduct change impact analyses, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments to understand effects on people, processes, and culture. • Identify and mitigate risks related to change resistance and adoption. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication • Build relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to foster trust and collaboration across all levels. • Develop and execute communication plans to keep key audiences informed and engaged. • Facilitate alignment workshops, executive briefings, and stakeholder meetings. Training & Enablement • Design and deliver training programs and workshops that equip users with the skills and knowledge needed for new systems or processes. • Support change champions and internal teams to champion transformation throughout the organization. Execution & Measurement • Integrate change management activities into overall project plans to ensure alignment with delivery timelines. • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change strategies, using key metrics to adjust approaches as needed. • Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams to enable effective change leadership. Continuous Improvement • Contribute to the development and enhancement of OCM methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Support organizational design and change governance activities as part of broader transformation programs. Required Skills & Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in organizational change management or similar roles supporting transformation initiatives. • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, etc.). • Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to assess complex organizational dynamics and to influence without direct authority. Desirable (Nice to Have) • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP/ACMP). • Experience with large technology transformations (ERP, digital adoption, cloud, etc.). • Familiarity with project management practices and tools.
