Education and Experience : A BA or BS degree from a four-year college or university is preferred, with one to three years of prior related experience in proposal development, business development, or procurement, preferably in a health care or service-related environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Skills and Abilities : Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to follow direction, assess Company needs and work independently. Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn Company specific software. Must be able to project a professional attitude and image appropriate for the work environment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to participate and contribute in a team environment as a team member or in a leadership role. Oral and written communication is clear, concise, and effective. Ability to maintain neutral approach when resolving conflicts and utilize the Human Resources area as a resource. Licenses or Certifications Required : None.
