Job Description Summary Responsible for project operations and project support including standardization, quality management, document management, project maintenance, process improvement and tools for the order management function. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. Job Description Job Description details and scope • Responsible for receiving orders and accurately entering orders into SAP order management software • Prepare the Order Acknowledgment • Prepare invoices • Prepare the Lien Waivers • Assist the project managers with administrative duties • Support with other departments such as Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Commercial, Product Managers, etc., • Support other ordering processing including expediting orders, change orders, etc. • order status and resolving discrepancies. • Sales Revenue Recognition to be monitored Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for maintaining and making available as necessary complete and current project documents and related information throughout the project cycle. • Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or in broad area. • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. • Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. • Supporting the process of logistics, good receipt, (inventory check, etc.) • Proof of deliveries collection and administration Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Business • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing • OR related field (or associate degree with at least 4 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related field) Desired Characteristics: • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with video conferencing and scanning • Excellent administrative, organizational and professional communication skills (verbal and written) • SAP experience preferable • Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills - high level of motivation, integrity, self-confidence and ability to take initiative. • Extreme attention to detail, follow up, highly organized • Demonstrated ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Additional Information GE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation. Relocation Assistance Provided: No For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $69,600.00 and $104,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
