We're a partner in growth — and that's where you come in.About the RoleWe’re looking for a fractional Paid Media Manager (20 hours per week) to lead and scale paid acquisition efforts for a fast-growing US e-commerce brand. You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns across Meta, Google (especially YouTube Demand Gen), Amazon PPC, and TikTok — with a strong focus on performance, creative testing, and channel expansion.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and knows how to translate paid media insights into real growth.What You’ll DoOwn strategy and execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads (YouTube Demand Gen), Amazon PPC, and TikTok AdsMonitor and report on weekly performance, aligned to MER and ROAS goalsLead testing strategies with clear hypotheses, execution plans, and post-test insightsCollaborate with creative and UGC partners to brief, request, and iterate on campaign contentAnalyze creative performance and prioritize asset needs (e.g., statics, influencer content, video)Maintain clean, high-performing ad accounts — regularly pausing underperformers and reallocating spendDeliver actionable performance insights and recommend next steps for scalingAlign paid spend with broader marketing and finance guardrailsScale underutilized channels (e.g., Google, Amazon) while keeping Meta in a steady, efficient stateSupport paid media hiring assessments and candidate evaluations as neededStay updated on platform changes and best practices through rep calls and ongoing researchRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For3–5+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience, specifically in DTC e-commerceProven success scaling YouTube Demand Gen campaigns using videoStrong command of Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok AdsClear understanding of attribution, MER, ROAS, and performance analyticsAnalytical and proactive — always thinking in test cycles and iterationAbility to work independently and make data-backed decisions quicklyStrong communication skills — able to summarize findings clearly and persuasivelyBonus: Experience in fast-paced or early-stage brand environmentsBenefitsWhat’s In It for YouFlexible, remote work with a focus on autonomy and impactWork with a high-growth e-commerce brand and a world-class marketing teamAccess to performance data, ownership of key channels, and room to scale budgetsJoin a smart, motivated, and collaborative global team that values results over fluffOriginally posted on Himalayas Apply tot his job
