Meet Our Team Join Pega’s Privacy, AI, and Cybersecurity group within the global legal team. We are a collaborative team that supports privacy governance, compliance, and security initiatives across the organization. Hybrid Postion based in Waltham, MA Picture Yourself At Pega As a Privacy Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting privacy governance and compliance activities for a global technology leader. You’ll help maintain critical privacy frameworks, assist with impact assessments, and contribute to shaping how Pega approaches privacy and AI risk management. This is an opportunity to grow your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while working on cutting-edge issues like AI and cybersecurity. What You'll Do At Pega • Support privacy governance activities, including managing Privacy Working Group logistics, records, and policy inventories. • Assist with data maps, privacy impact assessments, and annual attestations. • Manage inboxes for privacy inquiries and coordinate administrative aspects of privacy training and practice points. • Collaborate with compliance on AI risk assessments and required filings. • Help draft policies and maintain relationships with product teams and business officers. • Perform other paralegal duties as assigned. Who You Are You are an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new tools and systems. You can manage complex information, communicate effectively at all levels, and have a strong interest in privacy, AI, and cybersecurity. What You've Accomplished • Paralegal certificate preferred. • 2–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally with exposure to privacy, AI, or cybersecurity. • Experience in a global legal department preferred • Familiarity with privacy governance, DPIAs, and data mapping preferred • Comfort using AI tools and learning new systems (Workiva experience a plus). • Strong organizational and communication skills. • CIPP certification preferred. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
