Juno is seeking a part-time Mobility Program Manager to own and manage our enterprise mobility program as we scale our field-based Medical Affairs and Commercial teams (currently 8, growing to 12 by early 2026). This newly created role will start as a part-time, contract position (~16 - 20 hrs/week) with the expectation this will evolve into a full-time role as the organization grows. The Mobility Program Manager will serve as the central point of contact for mobile device operations managing Verizon-provisioned phones and cellular-enabled tablets, coordinating with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity for field users. Key Responsibilities • Manage Verizon enterprise mobility account (procurement, billing, escalations, device tracking) • Partner with MSP to oversee Intune/MDM/MAM administration and ticketing • Provide first-line support to field team for device setup, access, and troubleshooting • Develop and document mobile device policies and governance standards • Track usage and costs, partnering with Finance on allocations and optimization • Support onboarding/offboarding and coordinate with IT, HR, and Commercial leaders • Evaluate service options (MSP vs. managed mobility provider) as the program matures Qualifications • 3 5+ years of experience in mobility management, telecom operations, or IT support • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Verizon enterprise mobility preferred • Strong organizational and vendor coordination skills • Analytical mindset for usage and cost optimization • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Prior experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare is a plus not required
