Part-Time Remote LMHC – Christian Counseling Agency
Position Overview We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about combining professional counseling skills with a Christian worldview. This part-time, W-2 telehealth position allows you to provide therapy to children, individuals, and families from the comfort of your home—while making a meaningful impact through faith-integrated care. Responsibilities • Provide individual, family, and child therapy sessions through SimplePractice, our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. • Integrate Christian principles and biblical perspectives into treatment in a compassionate, client-led manner. • Develop treatment plans, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards. • Participate in supervision and team meetings for support and professional development. • Maintain professional and ethical boundaries consistent with ACA, AACC, and New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board guidelines. Qualifications • Active LMHC license in the state of New Mexico (required). • Desire to gain experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or families. • Commitment to integrating faith-based principles with evidence-based practice. • Strong communication skills, reliability, and self-motivation for remote work. • Comfort using technology and willingness to learn SimplePractice EMR. • Required personal liability insurance.
