Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at our Disney Springs location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and inventory while effectively communicating with customers and team members. Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store. - Operate cash registers and POS systems for processing transactions accurately. - Handle cash transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. - Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to effectively sell products to customers. - Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is well-presented. - Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
