We invite experienced educators and tutors to join our afterschool program, delivering group instruction in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) to diverse student populations across various schools. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate interactive group tutoring sessions in Math and ELA for students in grades K-12. • Create an engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere tailored to the needs of each student group, addressing their questions and feedback. • Develop and deliver lessons that enhance comprehension and drive academic achievement across multiple grade levels. • Utilize digital tools and resources to support students effectively in a virtual classroom setting. Required Skills • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in virtual formats. • Capacity to make learning engaging and interactive, with a focus on student-centered methodologies. • Familiarity with special education and the ability to support students with learning disabilities is highly desirable. Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. • Strong adaptability in teaching approaches to meet the varied needs of the class. • Must be able to successfully complete a background check if required.
