Partnerships Marketing Analyst

Deinde Financial is hiring a Partnership Marketing Analyst to help scale and optimize their partner acquisition channels. This role involves managing marketing partnerships and developing analytical skills to grow into a senior position over time. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of marketing partners, monitoring performance across volume, CAC, conversion, and portfolio quality Analyze partner-level performance trends and proactively surface risks, opportunities, and optimization ideas Support and monitor API based integrations used to ingest leads from external partners Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Data Science, Product, Compliance, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve outcomes Identify friction in the customer journey and work with internal teams and partners to improve conversion Prepare clear, data-driven summaries for internal stakeholders that explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what should change Support compliance and audit requirements for marketing partners Contribute to the evaluation and onboarding of new partners as the program scales Skills One to three years of experience in analytics, marketing, partnerships, consulting, or a related role Strong Excel or spreadsheet-based analytical skills Working knowledge of SQL or a desire to deepen technical skills Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting insights Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Self-starter mindset with a bias toward ownership and follow-through Bachelor's degree required Business, finance, economics, or marketing preferred Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match Hybrid work environment based in Chicago Clear development path and exposure to senior leadership Company Overview Deinde Financial is a Chicago-based online consumer lending company.
