Presales Cybersecurity Solution Architect

• **We are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full-time role*** • **Remote with 40% travel to clients*** A prestigious company is looking for a Presales Cybersecurity Solution Architect. This solution architect will focus on selling ransomware, endpoint detection, cybersecurity product solutions. Responsibilities: • Advise and educate customers and channel partners on the Company platform and its capabilities. • Assist account and channel management to drive revenue and move opportunities throughout the sales cycle. • Interface and partner with customer success and threat intelligence liaisons to align customer expectations with Company to ensure service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. • Interface and partner with product management and engineering to align customer requests for features and functionality. • Facilitating new discussions by leveraging peer and industry network contacts. • Performing requirements-analysis and qualification of opportunities. • Coordinating and managing demonstrations and POV efforts, including endpoint testing, virtual environment lab configuration, and responding to customer questions. • Maintaining advisory relationships with key stakeholders at customers by providing thought leadership, support, information, and guidance in conjunction with sales teams. • Supporting marketing to build Company brand awareness through speaking at corporate sponsored events, writing industry articles and leveraging social media to properly represent Company. • Actively pursuing personal development by maintaining and obtaining technical capabilities, soft skills and security specific knowledge through formal education, certification and other avenues. Qualifications: • Senior Solutions Architect tier: 8+ years in an information security engineering role, preferably as a Channel Engineer, Solutions Architect, advisor or architect. • Solutions Architect tier: 5+ years in an information security engineering role, preferably as a Channel Engineer, Solutions Architect, advisor, or architect. • Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms. • Knowledge in some of the following areas: Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection and Computer Forensics. • Experience in a security focused solution architect, sales engineer or similar role. • Prior experience with data consumption capabilities including API s, scripting, and data exchange formats. • Business development experience in a consulting and/or services environment. • A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience/technical training. • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 40%. • Scripting experience in PowerShell, VBScript, Bash and/or Python. • CISSP, CEH, GIAC GCFA, GCIH, or similar certifications.
