Role Mission : To drive the strategic vision and execution of CUBE's Product Solutions, building delightful experiences and shipping to the hands of customers. The Role : As a Product Manager in our Product Solution group you’ll be responsible for driving delightful experiences from conception through to delivery, with lightening pace! You’ll identify the problems to solve, drive ideation, collaborate a team of like-minded experts to explore solutions, design, test, build and ship. This is a key role in our product solutions group working across multiple products in the portfolio. Working in our fast-paced, iterative environment, you'll navigate ambiguity with confidence, making strategic product decisions that balance technical excellence with commercial impact. Key Responsibilities : Manage and execute the product solutions group strategy, aligning with CUBE's strategic objectives and user needs. Develop, maintain and oversee execution of the product roadmap over multiple products. Define product requirements, specifications, communicate with internal teams and stakeholders. Own the product backlog, write user stories, log defects and be an effective communicator with engineering teams. Partner with sales and customer success and support teams to identify opportunities and gather feedback. Collaborate with marketing to develop focused content, documentation, and developer resources, supporting go-to-market initiatives. Stay informed of the very latest trends in professional and consumer technology. What We're Looking For : 5+ years in product management, with a focus on building delightful UI experiences. Demonstrated success in spearheading innovative solutions to customers from concept to delivery, at pace! Comfortable leading cross functional teams through technical discovery and user research. Proven ability to work through ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and deliver in fast-paced, iterative environments. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and commercial teams. Growth mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to learning and delivery.
