Professional Presentation Designer for Business & Pitch Deck Slides Description
I'm looking for a talented and experienced presentation designer to transform my existing content into a polished, modern, and highly engaging slide deck. This deck will be presented to a professional/senior executive audience, so it needs to look sharp, credible, and persuasive both on-screen and as a printed/PDF handout. Project Scope Approximately 100 slides (content will be provided) Create or fully redesign the deck from scratch Deliver a clean, contemporary design with excellent visual hierarchy, breathing room, and storytelling flow Strong, consistent branding (I will provide brand guidelines, colors, fonts, logo, etc.) Incorporate tasteful icons, simple data visualizations, diagrams, and graphic elements where they add clarity and impact Tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, or Canva – fully editable native files required Final deliverables: Editable source file(s) PDF version (screen + printable) Optional: Separate handout/version with more text if needed Ideal Candidate Proven experience designing high-stakes business/corporate presentations, investor pitch decks, sales decks, or board presentations Mastery of modern presentation design principles (layout, typography, color theory, whitespace, visual flow) Expert-level skills in at least two of: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Canva Pro Detail-oriented, excellent communication, and responsive Able to hit deadlines and deliver a strong first draft quickly (ideally within 3–5 days of kickoff) Bonus Points A portfolio that includes before/after examples or full business pitch decks Experience working with tech, finance, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise clients Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality If this sounds like you, please reply with: A link to your portfolio or 2–4 relevant presentation examples (especially business/corporate/pitch decks) Which tools you prefer and feel strongest in Your typical turnaround time for a ~100-slide professional deck Your availability to start in the next few days Looking forward to seeing your work!
