Program Manager, Compliance & Privacy

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team and oversee our Compliance and Privacy initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, while also protecting our customers' privacy. Develop and implement compliance and privacy policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure company-wide understanding and adherence to compliance and privacy standards Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations related to compliance and privacy, and make recommendations for updates to policies and procedures as needed Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance and privacy risks and develop plans to mitigate them Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to compliance and privacy Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and privacy laws and regulations Manage and maintain compliance and privacy documentation, including records of training, audits, and risk assessments Work closely with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure data security and privacy measures are in place Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on compliance and privacy initiatives and risks Foster a culture of ethical business practices and compliance throughout the organization.
