Join our Events Team as the Program Manager for Women of the Channel (WOTC)—a vibrant, mission-driven community that celebrates and elevates women in tech. This role is ideal for someone who’s not just organized, but obsessively detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the heartbeat of WOTC—ensuring every member experience is thoughtful, engaging, and aligned. What you'll do Lead with Influence: Be a visible and trusted voice in the WOTC community—hosting interviews, moderating panels, and representing the brand at virtual and in-person events. Strategize & Connect: Align and integrate WOTC initiatives (Leadership Network, Summits, CRN Lists, WOTY Awards) into one seamless member journey. Drive Engagement: Build authentic relationships, spark conversations, and foster belonging through creative campaigns, content, and community experiences. Collaborate & Elevate: Partner with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams to deliver high-impact programming that inspires and empowers. Innovate & Execute: Spot gaps, propose solutions, and bring ideas to life with precision and flair—always keeping the big picture in mind. What You Bring Proven experience in program management, community leadership, or event production. Comfortable being on stage or in front of a camera—leading discussions and energizing audiences. A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for women’s leadership and diversity. Mastery of multitasking—able to juggle content calendars, campaigns, and stakeholder relationships with grace. Familiarity with tools like Hive Brite, Salesforce, and social media platforms.
