Project Coordinator (Architectural Background)

Master Ironworks (MIW) designs and manufactures premier, innovative steel door and window systems. They are looking for a Junior Architect to join their team as a Project Coordinator to support their growing client base, combining project scoping, field work, and relationship management. Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between MIW’s sales/design/ops teams and our network of architects, luxury builders, and homeowners Directly support MIW’s Managing Partner and sales team by scoping projects through a combination of virtual consultations and site visits throughout California Synthesize site-walk data and complex architectural plans into precise project proposals using our efficient proprietary systems Assist in onboarding and providing guidance to our growing dealer network Routine client visits: Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Napa & Carmel. (Up to 5-10 days per month) Skills Education: B.Arch or M.Arch degree (Licensure not required) Experience: 1–4 years in an architecture firm, luxury design-build, or high-end construction environment Adaptive Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you can speak 'Technical' to an architect and 'Lifestyle' to a homeowner. You possess the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and internal MIW staff Organizational Mastery: Skilled in navigating the communications of high-profile project schedules, ensuring all elite stakeholders and partners are in sync Technical Literacy: Advanced ability to read architectural plans and shop drawings Field Readiness: Comfortable conducting site-walks and communicating details to Architects and General Contractors Bilingual a plus: English & Spanish Benefits Performance Incentives Company Overview Master Ironworks is a boutique design and manufacturing partner for the world’s leading architects and luxury builders.
