JOB SUMMARY – To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating tools and templates within product development programs. The specifics of the duties can vary depending upon project deliverables as dictated by the needs of the Project Management office, Stage Gate process, or individual project/business needs. This role is responsible for executing and developing improvements related to project processes, tools, and documentations in order to enhance the effectiveness of the PMO and program teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities ▪ Effectively support project managers in a collaborative environment, completing project deliverables per target timelines and requirements ▪ Create, update and maintain Project Management Office (PMO) tools and processes ▪ Determine creative ways to update and refine PMO related documents ▪ Provide technical support to R&D Project Managers and cross-functional teams as needed ▪ May perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience ▪ University student in minimum 2nd year Level of Degree in the IT, finance, MIS or related field of study ▪ Equivalent work related experience acceptable in lieu of degree X Yes No ▪ 0 years of demonstrated experience in related field ▪ N/A Certifications Required ▪ Any preferred education, experience or certifications: N/A Skills/Knowledge ▪ Demonstrated proficiency in project coordination or organizational skills ▪ Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment ▪ Proficient in the following computer software applications: MS SharePoint, MS Office Products, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint ▪ Exceptional interpersonal skills. ▪ Strong organizational skills. ▪ Strong communication skills (written and verbal). ▪ Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally. ▪ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
