Project Manager/Customer Success /AI / E-Commerce/

We are looking for a Project Manager to partner closely with our Customer Success Managers team (CSMs) to ensure successful execution of customer initiatives across onboarding, optimization, and ongoing account programs. This role acts as the execution backbone for enterprise customer accounts—planning, coordinating, and driving delivery across internal teams so that CMs can focus on relationships, value, and growth. You will work with globally distributed teams and enterprise customers using an AI-powered e-commerce platform, helping ensure projects stay on track and customers realize value quickly and consistently. • Partner with Customer Success Managers to support a portfolio of enterprise accounts • Translate account success plans into structured project plans, timelines, and milestones • Coordinate onboarding, feature launches, optimizations, and expansion initiatives • Facilitate kickoff calls, status meetings, and working sessions • Track risks, blockers, and action items, driving accountability to resolution • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams • Ensure smooth handoffs between Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery • Maintain clear communication with customer stakeholders regarding timelines and dependencies • Support QBR preparation, milestone tracking, and follow-ups • Improve project management templates, tools, and delivery processes • Track operational metrics such as time-to-value and milestone completion • Contribute to scaling Customer Success operations as the company grows Requirements • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS or technology environments • Experience working with post-sales customers in partnership with Customer Success teams • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously • Comfortable working remotely with distributed global teams Nice-to-Haves • Experience in enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, martech, or analytics platforms • Familiarity with AI-enabled products (no deep technical background required) • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday, or Smartsheet • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification • USD compensation • 100% remote. • This position is for LATAM-based applicants.
