TITLE: Prompt Engineer — AI Sales Agent (6-week contract, Overnight US Hours) ABOUT THE PROJECT: We're building an AI sales agent that qualifies leads, handles objections, and books meetings. You'll craft and optimize all prompts that power the agent's conversations. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience with GPT-4 and Claude prompt engineering • Understanding of sales processes (BANT, MEDDICC, SPICED) • Excellent English writing skills • Available during US night hours (your daytime in Europe) • Detail-oriented with iterative mindset • Experience with few-shot prompting and chain-of-thought RESPONSIBILITIES: • Write prompts for qualification conversations • Create cold call scripts and talk tracks • Build email generation prompts (personalized outreach) • Design objection handling responses • Test and iterate on Agent responses • Document prompt library with examples • A/B test prompt variations WHAT YOU'LL CREATE PROMPTS FOR: • Lead qualification (BANT, MEDDICC) • Cold call openers and responses • Email personalization • Objection handling • Meeting booking • Demo explanations • ROI discussions COMPENSATION: • $150/week • 25 hours/week • 5.5-6 weeks TIMEZONE: • Europe preferred (Poland, Ukraine, Romania) • Your daytime = US overnight (continuous development) TO APPLY: Share examples of prompts you've written for conversational AI or sales applications.
