About the Role Rula is on a mission to make mental health care work for everyone. Increased accessibility for mental health services is dependent on building a network of high-quality therapists, and the provider sales team is key to the overall growth of Rula. Our team has brought on thousands of new therapists to Rula’s network, and we’re looking for new team members to help scale the program further. This is an opportunity to be a member of our provider sales team as a Sales Development Representative. We are still in our early stages of growth, so we are looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are flexible with change and are excited to contribute to the evolution of Rula by seeking new Providers to continue our mission to make mental health care work for everyone. In this role, you will be conducting outreach to therapists using creative approaches and excellent communication skills to engage them in a way that encourages additional conversations with our Provider sales team. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a customer facing or sales position Experience prospecting and cold outreach with a proven track record of exceeding goals Strong verbal and written communication skills Drive for success and an ability to work through challenges with a positive attitude Self-starter with strong organizational skills who can thrive managing their own time in a remote work environment Must be Team-Centric and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve objectives While we are a fully remote company, we are not considering candidates who reside in New York, California, or Washington for this particular SDR position Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools (i.e. Outreach, Sales Navigator) Experience in a startup, SaaS, or tech environment Background in health care or mental health care or supply/demand market place We're serious about your well-being!
