Job Description We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our growing team and play a strategic role in shaping our global talent acquisition efforts. In this position, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead high-impact hiring initiatives, and mentor a team of passionate recruiters and sourcers. You’ll be hands-on with senior-level recruiting when needed, and take ownership of designing and executing talent strategies across departments and regions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and loves developing people along the way. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and own our talent attraction strategy in collaboration with business unit leaders. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the recruitment process. Mentor and support the recruitment team, helping them grow professionally while fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Take the lead on sourcing and hiring for senior-level roles, from strategy to execution. Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, using data to guide better decision-making. Contribute to recruitment and HR projects aligned with broader business goals across our globally distributed team. Perform and carry out other duties as may be reasonably required given the purpose of the role. Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within international environments or top recruitment agencies. Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and talent market dynamics. Fluent English skills (B2+ or higher). A confident, business-minded communicator who can influence at all levels. A multitasker who can prioritize, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. A supportive leader who knows how to build trust, inspire team spirit, and resolve team needs with empathy.
