[Remote] BI Business Analyst/Developer - 100% Remote

Visionaire Partners is offering a unique opportunity for a BI Business Analyst/Developer to make an immediate impact in a fully remote role. The position involves designing and building analytics and dashboards to support leadership decisions and delivering actionable insights for large-scale business initiatives. Responsibilities • Pull and process large datasets (thousands of rows), cleanse and engineer the data, and transform it into dashboards that highlight market, category, and product trends for leadership decision-making • Partner with leadership to communicate findings and dashboards • Track results and measure ROI for implemented dashboards Skills • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance Analytics, Data Analytics, or Mathematics (No Masters, must have 3 years of professional experience) • 1–5 years of hands-on Business/BI experience • Strong analytical, non-binary thinking, and creative problem-solving skills • Advanced SQL experience (queries, stored procedures, script review) • Tableau (or Power BI) dashboard development expertise • Experience working with large datasets (thousands of rows) • Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available.
