LabCorp is seeking energetic, passionate BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) customer service focused individuals for their Patient Customer Service department. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting Spanish speaking customers, and resolving patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals. Responsibilities Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone Maintain performance goals Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program Skills Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Perform successfully in a team environment Excellent organization skills Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency Excellent verbal and listening skills Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second No satellite internet Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
