The Business Analyst plays a critical role in translating business needs into actionable project requirements and ensuring project deliverables align with these needs while supporting continuous improvement. Responsibilities Translate business needs into clear, actionable project requirements and documentation Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and process improvements Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, highquality delivery aligned with ISO and contract standards Document and communicate findings, processes, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, including timely submission of corrective actions Promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement across teams Skills Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred) Handson experience designing, building, and maintaining reports or dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau Proficiency in writing SQL queries (e.g., joins, aggregations) to support reporting and analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work off hours as requested Preference will be given to individuals who reside in, or are willing to relocate to, a recognized HUBZone area Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Critical Illness Accident Legal and ID Theft 401k plan PTO Company Overview Provider Resources, LLC (PRI) offers the federal healthcare space expert services in medical review and program integrity measures, education and training, healthcare quality initiatives, and policy & regulatory expertise - all aimed at instilling integrity into the healthcare system.
