About the Role As a Remote Chat Agent, you’ll be the digital voice of our creators—responding to fans, building relationships, and generating sales through premium content, pay-per-view messages (PPVs), and upsells. This is a commission-only contractor position, perfect for self-motivated individuals who love fast-paced chat environments, know how to flirt with finesse, and can sell without sounding salesy. High performers may also unlock performance bonuses and future opportunities for promotion into hourly or leadership roles within the agency.
