[Remote] Client Support Representative (Fully Remote - No Commute!)

As a Client Support Representative, you will enhance customer experience through empathy and problem-solving while managing service appointments and customer inquiries. Responsibilities • Turn incoming calls into happy customers by scheduling service appointments and resolving issues with care. • Build relationships and respond to customer requests through phone, email, and text support. • Promote service memberships that help customers save money and stay comfortable year-round. • Outbound calling to preserve minimum maintenance and service calls for technicians. • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to make sure every detail is right. • Collaborate with your team and participate in training to sharpen your service and sales skills. • Special projects or tasks as requested by your manager.
