[Remote] COO & Operational Excellence Coach

Impel-Consultants is a dynamic, rapidly growing organization at the forefront of innovation, seeking an experienced leader to serve as an Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence Coach. In this role, you will work directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams to enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize operational processes, and accelerate strategic growth. Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders using a proven, structured coaching approach (comprehensive training provided) • Offer insightful feedback and guidance to help executives unlock their full potential and improve decision-making • Mentor leadership teams to enhance collaboration, team dynamics, and career development • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth • Oversee key operational functions, including financial management, HR, and compliance, ensuring day-to-day operations align with strategic objectives • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and operational improvements • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on matters related to leadership, talent development, and organizational performance • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and building a high-performing, inclusive culture • Foster strong business partnerships and drive initiatives that support both internal excellence and external growth Skills • Minimum of 5 years in VP/C-suite or equivalent senior leadership roles • Proven success in driving operational strategies and leading high-performing teams • Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels • Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices • Experience in managing complex operations; a background in legal or compliance is a plus • A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required • An advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) is desirable Benefits • Flexible & Remote • Enjoy a flexible work-life balance with a remote setup and occasional travel.
