The role involves handling inbound calls, troubleshooting customer concerns, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records in a remote work environment. Responsibilities Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency Process orders and update accounts and records Effectively multitask and maintain strong attention to detail Skills Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally; navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure; quick-thinking problem solver; and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting Sales-focused mindset: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting Work at Home: A minimum of 6 months of work-at-home experience is required Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Monday and Friday 7:00AM - 6:00PM Central time Available to work 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday, including weekends and holidays, between 7:00AM – 6:00PM CST Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular) 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload Ping Rate – Less than 100 ms A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours Ability to be on webcam during working hours Benefits Paid personal time off Paid sick time Health/vision/dental benefits 401k with matching contributions Tuition reimbursement program Company Overview When people reach for their phones, use laptops, or grab their tablets, Afni's contact center teams are there to provide prompt and friendly help.
