The role involves driving retention initiatives and requires strong communication skills along with account management experience. Responsibilities Lead outbound reach-outs and discovery calls using prospect lists provided Utilize existing response templates and refine messaging based on customer responses Engage prospects professionally to understand needs and determine next steps Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts throughout the customer journey Conduct proactive check-ins to discuss product performance and customer experience Clearly communicate brand value and product positioning Provide ongoing support and guidance in response to customer questions Identify opportunities for account expansion or upsell as the role evolves Reach out to churned or at-risk accounts to understand reasons for disengagement Document insights and feedback to support retention and improvement efforts Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and AR-related items Maintain professional, timely communication regarding collections Skills Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable handling phone calls, email, and messaging platforms Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Prior experience in customer success, account management, sales support, or client-facing roles Company Overview A well-established firm in New York City seeks top-notch candidates.
