Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success management or account management roles. • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with emphasis on clarity and empathy. • Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
