[Remote] Director: Commercial Growth Strategy

The Director of Commercial Growth Strategy will lead the development of growth strategies, conduct market analysis, and identify opportunities for new business ventures. Responsibilities • Lead the development and strengthening of comprehensive company growth strategies, identifying and defining markets, products, services, alliances and business models • Conduct in-depth customer, market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and growth/ value vectors • Develop robust business cases, financial models, and strategic justifications for proposed growth initiatives • Identify and evaluate areas where LXE Hearing’s product, tech and organizational capabilities intersect with market opportunity and where potential for strategic alliances or acquisitions exist • Synthesize disparate, complex customer, market, financial data into a comprehensive strategic plan and story • Build deep relationships with LXE company leaders and foster collaboration across teams and levels • Support and refine ongoing initiatives and annual strategic planning to refine the direction of the existing business Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business development, corporate strategy, or a similar role • Proven experience in developing business strategy for US consumer, healthcare and/ or government segments • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and make informed strategic recommendations • Financial modelling and business case development capabilities • Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively • Experience in management consulting, healthcare or consumer products with hardware/ software business models • MBA or advanced degree Company Overview • LXE Hearing is a company focused on championing hearing wellness for everyone, everywhere.
