US Based International Mortgage Lender is seeking a Dynamic Mortgage Advisor to help US customers with long-term financing options in exotic destinations. Active NMLS NOT required. Ideally, you posses the following traits: • At least three (3) most recent years of retail residential mortgage experience in a producing role • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish • Understanding of non-QM or portfolio lending • Experience working with affluent clients with basic and complex income and holding portfolios • A reputation for being a team player with internal colleagues and working strategically and collaboratively to serve clients help solve problems • Ability to connect and work with colleagues and partners in Mexico and the United States • A competent technical aptitude, you are comfortable in a nearly paper-less work environment • A strong history of exceeding sales/revenue goals • A strong history of delivering excellent service to both external clients and internal constituents • Lead by... example - You consistently hold yourself to the highest standards of ethical conduct • Active in social media and digital marketing • Ability to wear multiple hats and be self driven in a "startup" like environment • Ability to travel to beautiful Cabo San Lucas (or other destinations in Mexico) as needed Bonus traits that will set you apart: • Experience with Encompass • Passionate about home finance/mortgage and would like the opportunity to work internationally • Exceptional communication skills, internally and externally, and with excellence in written correspondence • Possess a strong network or contacts in the real estate/builder/developer and/or mortgage industry • Reside anywhere in the United States. • Professionalism in all that you do. • Passion for helping your clients fulfill their dreams of international home ownership. • Ability to work remote with minimal supervision. • Background with credit check required Apply Job!
