Sunderlin Behavioral Interventions is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to provide part-time support for their HR department during a team member’s absence. This role is administrative and supportive, focused on maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across HR operations. Responsibilities • Provide administrative support for HR, payroll, and benefits functions • Help organize and update employee records and compliance documentation • Assist with payroll data entry, benefits audits, and policy tracking • Support onboarding and file management tasks • Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy at all times Skills • Prior experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, or Auditing • Familiarity with HR systems • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly • Experience with Docusign • Math Skills • Open to using AI tools • Experience with Central Reach or similar HR software Benefits • Paid time off Company Overview • Sunderlin Behavioral Interventions maintains the philosophy that quality treatment is defined by high ethical standards and compassionate attention to detail.
