[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to expand their digital fundraising team, focusing on the creation and execution of email and SMS marketing materials for clients. Responsibilities Stage, test, send marketing emails and sms on behalf of clients Provide detailed reporting on deliverability, open, click through, unsubscribe and other KPIs Follow QA process for all email and sms campaigns to ensure content is accurate, links are functional and pages are live Work across fundraising, reporting, and graphics team to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on campaigns and results Implement best practices, technology standards, and compliance of our email and sms marketing efforts with campaign guidelines and spam regulations Compile competitive analysis data to gain marketing learnings and incorporate into future sends Other duties as necessary Skills Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and methodical in quality checks Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients' priorities Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines and minimal supervision Organized, flexible and results driven Strong client communication skills and ability to anticipate and react to changing calendars and breaking news Collaborative with multiple teams to achieve necessary results Bachelor's degree appreciated but not required Experience with HTML and/or email service providers appreciated but not required Experience with SMS service providers appreciated but not required Company Overview Red Spark Strategy is a marketing agency that provides digital consulting with email and SMS house file and prospecting services.
