Responsibilities • Organize, file, and maintain paper and electronic documents in accordance with company policies. • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free. • Retrieve and distribute files and documents as requested by team members. • Assist with scanning, copying, and digital archiving of records. • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity. • Collaborate with other departments to support document management needs. • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
