[Remote] Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will drive execution and alignment across various teams, managing complex programs that bring new products and features from concept to launch. Responsibilities • Lead planning, coordination, and execution for new product introduction (NPI) process. The process will require coordination and execution with multiple teams in a cross-functional approach • Define clear program objectives, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering • Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands priorities, dependencies, and risks • Track program milestones, deliverables, and risks • Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Product, Support, and Sales Enablement to ensure product readiness, documentation, and training are in place for launches • Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools to enhance overall effectiveness • Report program status and outcomes to executive leadership with clear, data-driven insights Skills • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a software or data infrastructure environment • Proven success managing cross-functional product launches or complex engineering programs • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority • Experience working with Agile or hybrid development environments • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel in a fast paced, high growth company • Excellent problem solving and risk management skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience working with primarily remote teams via zoom and slack • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent program tracking systems • Familiar with Hardware and Appliance product launches Benefits • Hammerspace offers a broad range of health plans for medical, dental, vision, life and disability. • We also offer 401k plans • Flexible time off.
