JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description We are seeking anexperienced Regional Patient Operations Manager to oversee patient access andscheduling operations across multiple locations. This leader will manage frontdesk and scheduling teams, bring the call center in-house, and ensure a seamless,patient-centered experience. This position requires regional oversight and willinvolve approximately 50% travel. Location & Schedule: RemoteColorado preferred, must be within MST region, Full-time Compensation & Benefits: Salary:$80,000–$95,000 + Benefits Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead schedulingand patient access teams across three states. • Oversee the integration anddaily operations of the in-house call center. • Ensure exceptional patientexperience, operational efficiency, and adherence to policies. • Monitor performance metricsand implement process improvements. • Collaborate with leadershipto support staffing, training, and team development. • Travel approximately 50% ofthe time to regional locations to support operations and staff. • Maintain compliance withorganizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Requirements: • Proven experience managingpatient access, scheduling, or call center operations in a healthcare setting. • Strong leadership skillswith the ability to manage teams across multiple locations. • Excellent organizational,communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to travel frequentlywithin the region (up to 50%). • Familiarity with healthcareoperations, patient flow, and call center technology preferred. • Based in Colorado preferred;must be located within the MST region.
