They are looking for a Sales Associate to develop a sales career in medical device sales, starting with training alongside a Territory Representative and then managing accounts independently. Responsibilities Support a Territory Representative (TR) Assume ownership for several accounts post training Maintain all existing revenue Attend surgical cases in the operating room Build pipeline momentum of opportunities Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support Skills Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience Experience selling face to face Consistent track record of attaining sales goals Live within territory you're supporting Strong relationship building and critical thinking skills Strong oral and written communication skills Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed Strong organizational skills Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time, with some overnights required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Outlook Additional duties may be assigned in support of business needs Benefits Medical and Dental Benefits – 75% paid for employee and family members Vision Coverage 401(k) with 4% matching contributions after 90 days of employment Basic Life and AD&D Unlimited Vacation Policy 6 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave 10 paid holidays Company Overview Caldera Medical is a privately held women‘s health medical device company focused on minimally invasive applications.
