They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads, engage with prospects, and set the groundwork for successful partnerships with the sales team. Responsibilities Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and third-party platforms Serve as the first point of contact for potential commercial clients Clearly communicate our value proposition to prospects and understand their business needs Schedule discovery calls and meetings between qualified leads and the sales team Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on follow-up strategy Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other tools Consistently meet or exceed lead conversion and meeting-set quotas Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance Stay informed on product updates, pricing, and industry trends Skills 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role—preferably in a commercial or mid-market environment Proven success in qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales opportunities Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with professionals across all levels CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce) Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset Familiarity with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools is a plus Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage 401(k) with company match Health and Dependent Care FSA Unlimited PTO Gender-neutral parental leave Paid company holidays and sick time Employee stock purchase program Gym and cell phone reimbursement Company-sponsored events, team offsites, and happy hours Supportive, inclusive, and fun work environment Company Overview SentinelOne is an autonomous cybersecurity solution company.
