[Remote] Sales Development Representative (CST)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PlainID is the Authorization Company, and they are seeking multiple Sales Development Representatives to support their sales pipeline. The role involves researching, identifying, and prospecting into large enterprise accounts to set discovery calls for the Account Executive Team. Responsibilities Achieve/exceed monthly metrics (ex: qualified meetings scheduled/ delivered) Respond to inbound marketing generated leads Successfully manage and overcome objections Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools Contact (phone, email & social media) prospects to engage in conversations designed to create awareness of PlainID, educate prospects and uncover sales opportunities Gain commitment from prospects to attend brief web-based product demo/meeting, meet with an Account Executive or other call to action Collaborate with SDR team members to share best practices, improve individual and group performance and meet/exceed goals Manage and utilize CRM and sales prospecting tools (i.e SFDC, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Skills Sales development or related experience in a business to business environment, or equivalent coursework in University with a B.A in Business, communications, or Marketing but not required A strong desire to be in a highly dynamic, energetic and results-oriented sales environment with an early-stage start-up company Fun and engaging personality with a willingness to take direction, be coached and mentored An entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic, competitive, disciplined, self-motivated, hands-on, with a strong work ethic Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially the ability to speak clearly and concisely – in-person and on the phone – with a professional and engaging demeanor Exhibit empathy, a knack for conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills Disciplined, meticulous approach to daily activity planning, goal setting and achieving results Excellent listener, ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies Proven track record of success in cold calling, deal qualification and goal achievement preferred Strong web and computer skills: Google Apps, Salesforce.com desirable Internships or business related University organizations Prior cyber security or identity / authorization experience Worked in a fast pace remote environment Benefits This role is eligible to participate in PlainID's commission plan Company Overview PlainID is the market-leading authorization platform for the Agentic AI Era — the enterprise-grade solution trusted by Fortune 2000 organizations and endorsed by industry analysts and partners.
