What You’ll Do: • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-caliber candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and build out the salesforce. • Use innovative strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Help shape the future of Momentum Solar by identifying and onboarding stellar team members.
