Residential Outside Sales Representative (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Residential Outside Sales Representative to join their Outdoor Sales Team, where the primary responsibilities include learning and selling turf care services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities Learn and perform our outdoor systems Knocking Doors, Clover leafing, and referral programs Learn All Turf's programs and be able to SELL Accurately measure and price all areas to be serviced Be able to explain the benefits and features that All Turf services and set realistic expectations Knowledge and understanding of all turf types, weed types, growth habits, disease, and programs we offer Learn our Tree/Shrub program, Mosquito Program Always represent All Turf in a professional and ethical manner Highly-competitive environment with weekly, monthly, yearly sales goals Performs inside sales from the branch office during training and occasionally over the course of the peak selling season. Transition to perform outside sales in residential areas, weather permitting Generates additional sales revenue by cross-selling to current customers Compiles lists of potential customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mailing/advertisement, community activities, and other resources Responsible for completing marketing targeted areas for sales on a weekly basis Prepares and develops an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforce value-added services, and answer potential questions to overcome and probe for further information on customer needs Quotes pricing, negotiates with customers and closes sales Collects customer contact information to enter into the database for future opportunities Estimates date of service for customer based on knowledge of branch production and service schedules Prepares and maintains accurate sales reports Skills Excellent communication skills Self-management Drive Detailed oriented Sales: 1 year (Required) Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Tyrone, GA 30290 (Required) Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Overview All Turf Lawn Care offers all personalized lawn care services to families and businesses.
