Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy to lead our data analytics team in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence. Lead a team of data analysts and scientists to develop and maintain data-driven solutions to support business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights are communicated effectively. Manage and coordinate the work of directors, senior managers, and their subordinates to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and security. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data analytics. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science). At least 6 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and skills. Proven experience in leading data analytics teams and developing data-driven strategies to inform business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science). Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, or Python). Experience with data extraction, data mining, data warehousing, and data profiling. Experience with data governance and data quality management. Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js).
