They are seeking a Safety Administrator to promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance, and support safety initiatives across all branches. Responsibilities Acting as first point of contact for all incidents Conducting or assisting in annual safety audits Assisting in review and of policies and procedures Participating in toolbox meetings, joint health and safety committee meetings Supporting joint Health and Safety Committee members and Safety Captains in the execution of their tasks and ensuring all locations are complying Ensuring monthly activities, inspections, training, and other safety requirements are met in all branches Ensuring required first aid personnel is maintained within each location Participating in safety integrations of new acquisitions Completing all pre-qualification packages Skills 1-3 years of experience in safety administration or coordination Proficient in MS Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively independently Benefits Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependents Dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage Annual health care spending account Employee assistance programs Ongoing professional development opportunities Company Overview Leavitt Industrial Group is a long-term owner and operator of industrial-focused businesses across North America.
