We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in B2B industrial sales. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through strategic territory management, lead generation, and direct sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, technical sales experience, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. We serve clients like data center builders and generator packagers who need custom solutions — and need them fast. We’re looking for a driven, commission-based Sales Representative who’s ready to help us grow — and grow with us. What You’ll Do You’ll act as both sales rep and account manager, responsible for generating and managing your own book of business: • Prospect and develop new B2B customers in construction, power generation, and industrial sectors. • Pitch and close exhaust system solutions tailored to generator specs and project needs. • Manage customer relationships through quoting, delivery, and post-sale support. • Collaborate closely with company leadership to align sales efforts with operational capacity. • Communicate with team members such as Engineering and Managers to ensure full project scope. • Build repeat business by delivering unmatched customer service and follow-through. You Might Be a Fit If You... • Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in industrial products, construction, or manufacturing). • Understand consultative selling and can confidently speak to engineers, contractors, or facilities managers. • Are self-motivated and eager to grow your income through performance. • Are a strong communicator who believes in over-delivering for your clients. • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where your work directly drives business growth. Commission-Only Structure (Uncapped Earning Potential) • Earn 10% commission on all closed sales. • Average deal size: $12,000 (typical range: $8K–$25K). • Top reps could earn $8,000–$12,000+/mo in commission when ramped. • No cap, no draw — you keep what you close. • Milestone bonus opportunities for exceeding targets (e.g., quarterly volume bonuses).
