Scrum Master - Remote
Job Description • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Typically, 10+ years of work experience in related field • 4+ years' experience as an Agile Scrum Master is preferred • Experience as an Agile Coach is preferred • Experience in leading the transition of an organization from Waterfall to Agile is desired • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not • Experience with successful Agile techniques • Ability to work with and lead a team • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills • Ability to adapt to a changing environment • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction • Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience working in an environment where Agile was applied at scale • Experience operating in a variety of Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile) Experienced facilitator able to apply various techniques to ensure effective meetings both co-located and distributed Apply tot his job
