Senior Blockchain Developer (Web3 / Solana)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer with deep expertise in Solana and Web3 technologies to join our team and lead the development of a high-performance decentralized application. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Solana-based smart contracts (Rust, Anchor framework preferred). Build and maintain high-performance Web3 integrations, APIs, and backend services. Architect secure, scalable blockchain solutions aligned with project requirements. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless DApp user experiences. Conduct code reviews, smart contract audits, and performance optimizations. Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues quickly and effectively. Stay updated with Solana ecosystem upgrades, tooling, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of blockchain development experience. Strong proficiency in Solana, Rust, Anchor, and Web3 technologies. Solid understanding of cryptography, token standards, and smart contract security. Experience building production-level DApps or on-chain programs. Hands-on experience integrating smart contracts with frontend Web3 frameworks (e.g., Wallet Adapter, Metaplex, Phantom). Proficiency with backend languages (Node.js, TypeScript, or Go is a plus). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern DevOps practices. ✨ Preferred Qualifications Experience with DeFi, NFTs, tokens, or decentralized marketplaces. Previous work on high-transaction blockchain networks. Understanding of Solana performance optimization and compute budget management. Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
