About the team The Analytics team leverages data to drive decisions and unlock significant business value. Our mission is to deliver first-class data products, going beyond traditional reporting. What you’ll do: Data Architecture and Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust data models to support reporting, business intelligence, and data analytics. Data Visualization: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards using Amazon QuickSight. Optimization and Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and accuracy of current processes. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather their business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Data Quality and Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, documentation, and governance. Drive data literacy and adoption: Champion a data-driven culture within the organization by sharing knowledge, best practices, and promoting the use of data in decision-making. Who you are: Proven experience in a similar role: A strong track record in a data-focused role such as BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, and/or Data Engineer, preferably in fintech. Strong proficiency in SQL: Expertise in SQL is essential for data querying, modeling, and transformation. Experience with data visualization tools: Proficiency in creating insightful and actionable dashboards. Experience with Amazon QuickSight is a plus. Programming: Python/PySpark for data manipulation and pipeline development. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, as you’ll be working with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
