Senior Director, Customer Supply Experience-Remote within the US Northeast

About the position Responsibilities • Own the customer supply experience for North America, covering demand planning, supply allocation, and order execution. • Lead a team and collaborate with global and local stakeholders, as well as customers directly. • Improve product delivery efficiency and sustainability, focusing on OTIF and NPS metrics. • Continuously monitor the supply chain from global manufacturing to local customer sites to identify improvement opportunities. • Gather market intelligence to establish benchmarks in customer supply chain experience. • Create a strategy for an improved customer supply experience that sets the organization apart from competitors. • Advocate for necessary changes and drive progress with cross-functional teams. • Connect with customers to share continuous improvement efforts and gather feedback. • Implement risk management strategies to prepare for potential supply crises. • Collaborate with Customer Support and Order Management to ensure an end-to-end view of the customer supply experience. • Develop zone-level demand forecasts for instruments, reagents, and consumables, driving improvements in forecast accuracy. • Allocate available supplies to customers strategically. Requirements • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of individual contributors. • Expertise in driving process and/or supply chain improvements. • Track record in project management and problem solving. • Strong customer focus with the ability to connect customer needs to supply-relevant implications. • Strong decision-making skills and ability to present to and engage with Senior Leadership. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field required. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience required. • Experience in the healthcare and/or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) business is an advantage.
