What you'll do: The Senior Manager of social media Marketing serves as the strategic owner of Bomb Party’s social ecosystem, translating brand vision, storytelling, and cultural relevance into high-impact, performance-driven social campaigns. This leader will architect and execute a cohesive social media strategy that fuels engagement, amplifies brand visibility, strengthens community, and drives measurable revenue growth. Operating at the intersection of creativity and analytics, this role functions as the connective tissue between creative partners, content creators, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings both strategic rigor and creative intuition—capable of turning “sparkle” into sustained business outcomes while safeguarding and evolving the Bomb Party brand voice. Key Responsibilities: • Social Strategy & Campaign Leadership • Lead monthly, quarterly, and seasonal social media strategies aligned to product launches and brand campaigns. • Partner with Creative to plan and brief photo and video shoots supporting launches and evergreen content. • Oversee the social content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. • Drive innovative initiatives that increase rep engagement, community participation, and user-generated content. Content Oversight & Coordination • Collaborate with the Content Creator to set weekly filming priorities. • Direct Posting + Analytics support to ensure on-time execution and actionable insights. • Review and approve social copy, imagery, and video for brand voice and platform optimization. • Manage giveaways, influencer activations, and special campaigns. Analytics & Growth • Track and analyze performance across platforms to guide strategy and optimization. • Identify high-performing content and trends to fuel continued growth. • Deliver monthly performance summaries with clear recommendations to leadership. Community Engagement & Brand Stewardship • Partner with Field Development to highlight top reps and community success stories. • Build scalable community programs, challenges, and recurring social features. • Ensure all social content reflects Bomb Party’s brand voice, values, and reputation. Education and training: • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in social media management or marketing strategy, preferably within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or direct-sales brand. • Demonstrated success building and scaling social campaigns that drive engagement, reach, and brand affinity. • Deep platform expertise across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with a strong pulse on emerging formats and trends. • Proficiency with content planning and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Later, Meta Suite) and analytics dashboards. • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across teams. • Bonus: Experience within lifestyle, jewelry, fashion, or community-driven sales models. • Benefits: • Paid time off • 401(k) with match • Employee assistance program • Insurance (medical, dental, vision, and life) • Health savings account • Employee discount • Occasional product samples Schedule • Full-time on-site position, Monday through Friday • Occasional overtime is required.
